Parametric

This co-working technology center on a small parking lot located in downtown Austin provides ample natural lighting to the offices inside while also preventing direct light and screen glare. 

The north facade and balconies are screened with parametric triangular apertures echoing the triangular form of the building and the technological focus of the spaces. These apertures change in scale to allow and restrict views for private and public programs.
